The winner of the Olympic Regional Geology, Manuel Ibanez Gabarrón, has won the fifth spot in the national phase of the competition held recently in Madrid and that has rewarded the top six.

Manuel Ibáñez studies at the secondary school of Lorca and Ramón Arcas success has joined the other two representatives from Murcia, who have also obtained good results.

The event, which celebrated its first edition was organized by the Association for the Teaching of Earth Sciences (AEPECT).
