The Governing Board wishes to pay tribute to Remigio Lopez, Councilman Prevention and Fire Fighting, Civil Protection and Development Cooperation, putting his name to a new school in El Palmar, a hamlet in the born and lived for many years.

This new school is being built on a plot of the Plan Parcial La Granja with an area of about 10,000 square meters.

The center is aimed at kindergarten and primary students and adds to the six public schools than is currently the parish, as well as another center will include a concerted plot, donated by the local administration, more than 6,300 square meters.
