In such circumstances, the City of Murcia and Instituto Murciano Social Action are strengthening their collaboration to promote actions to promote employment in the municipality.
In this context, yesterday closed the "IV Course Strategies and Job Skills for Access to Employment.
Professional Cleaning Module ", in which participated 15 people, selected from families with an income level below the average in difficulty and social disadvantage.
These are men and women who have very basic training and have been experiencing difficulties in accessing employment due to lack of qualification and professional training.
The classes, which began on 21 December, were given in the Integrated Centre for Children and Reconciling Work and Family Life.
The course is funded by the Instituto Murciano Social Action and the city of Murcia, through Accompaniment Programme for Social Inclusion of the Department of Social Welfare, Gender Equality Policies and Citizenship.
The course participants have received a grant of assistance and have been subsidized transportation and day care service for children who needed it.
The objective of this training was to improve the conditions of access to employment for participants, increasing their chances of getting a job.
The course lasted 220 hours, the contents have been related to the cleaning of buildings, department stores, handling of cleaning equipment and machinery, soil treatment and different cleaning products, as well as developing social skills and professional improvement in the job.
Have been made 40 hours of internship, for which it has received the support of the company Eurolimp, SA, which has allowed the experiments to students in different public schools for two weeks under the supervision and guidance for managers the task.
Thus, the company has allowed and facilitated all the course participants were able to learn and develop the work related to the professional cleaning industry, real estate and supermarkets, showing his sensitivity and commitment to this type of actions promote the integration work in the area of our town.
