Murcia taxpayers may save unnecessary steps and movements to meet tax obligations related to the sale or transfer of homes.
In particular, will now be possible to pay the notary telematically from both the municipal and property tax capital gains in the efforts of these professional firms.
The measure will be possible under the collaboration agreement signed this morning by the Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, and the Dean of the College of Notaries of Murcia, Carlos Fernández de Simón.
The agreement will provide citizens with an electronic means simple, fast and secure for the assessment and payment of such taxes, necessary in some procedures related to transfer of immovable property.
The certificate authorized by the notary as telematics have the same force and produce the same effects as obtained in the paper in the municipal offices.
Thus, the notaries can provide interested parties with proof of payment of capital gains tax and outstanding debts of the IBI, while incorporating the standard of this tax produced cadastral changes.
The subject will self-assess the Gain from the same notary, in addition to the receipt of payment that will pay it through an integrated system on-line payment.
