The Department of Sports City of Murcia invests 2.8 million euros to provide quality sports facilities to the citizens.

This investment will be made for the maintenance, collection, access control and cleaning of sports facilities in neighborhoods and districts.

The City Council has provisionally awarded this work in the following pavilions: Juan Manuel Infante and Cabeza de Torres, Ferrovial Servicios, SA 744,721 euros, the sports hall of St. James the Greater and Soccer Camp Elsamex Joseph Barnes, SA 660,234 euros; flag Espinardo and the Green Sangonera Ferrovial Servicios, SA with an investment of 506,859 euros, and the flags of TorreagĂźera, Stables and Beniaján to Expomar, SA, with a budget of 740,134 euros.

In addition, the Hall has awarded definitely Elsamex, SA maintenance, cleaning, access control and collection of the IES Alquibla flag of La Alberca, with an investment of 65,214 euros, and Corvera municipal flag, by the same amount.

The City has 50 pitches, 31 of artificial turf and natural grass 5, 33 sports halls and 18 municipal swimming pools.
