The Municipal Urbanizadora continues its work rehabilitating buildings.
Urbamusa, which was held this morning its Board of Directors, is engaged in the rehabilitation of roofs and facades of 160 homes in the neighborhood of Los Almendros, La Alberca.
These works are funded by the Housing and Land Institute of the Autonomous Region (50%), the City of Murcia (25%) and homeowners (25%).

The current expenditure projections Municipal Urbanizadora for this year amount to 23,363,000 euros, and expected revenues are EUR 23,692,800, budgeted expenditures.
