The City Council is available to the Department a plot to enlarge CEIP El Raal (20/03/2010)

The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light this morning to the transfer of a parcel of educational facilities to carry out the redevelopment of the CEIP Our Lady of Sorrows in the hamlet of El Raal.

The plot is located in the ZM-RA1 Partial Plan of El Raal and will be transferred to the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment of the Autonomous Community of Murcia.

The plot has a total area of 11,679.80 meters squared.

The City shall undertake to provide this parcel delivery services of electricity, water and wastewater, as well as implementing measures to eliminate obstacles that might prevent the commencement of work.
