The Judge of the competition agrees to file the complaint by the Basketball Club Murcia by not considering that the facts should lead to the performance thereof.

The only reason this court ruling, considering that its functions are limited to situations in which mediates breach by the match officials, such as having an impact on the outcome, by price, intimidation, bias proved to one of the two teams and handling or inappropriate alteration in the scoresheet.

Therefore, the court exclusively belongs the disciplinary authority can not enter to prosecute the action taken by the referees.

The Basketball Club Murcia expresses its dismay at the ruling, since they do not understand how by using the statutorily established channel, it is not considered according to prosecute the facts claimed.

For this reason, the legal office of CB Murcia is already working on a further appeal to the Appeals Committee of the FEB (Spanish Federation of Basketball) against this resolution.
