Caritas will channel the funds raised
Murcia society today has turned to Haiti and Chile and has expressed this solidarity by attending the benefit concert hosted by the Parrandboleros to raise funds for both countries devastated by two earthquakes.
It was a night of generosity and harmony in which hundreds of people participated.
On the one hand, those who have attended the event after purchasing a ticket sold at a price of 15 euros.
For another, Parrandboleros who have acted selflessly and have presented their latest album, "Ron Rico, to an almost packed.
Collaboration has also provided "Oche" Cortes, director of Cope, which has been responsible for presenting the gala.
Before starting the concert, the Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, specifically thanked the assistance given to the 27 NGOs that collaborated with the City in the fundraising initiative to help Haiti.
It involves the field of disability and cooperation which helped with the campaign to collect donations through the booth that was installed in Santo Domingo for a month.
House has also had words of gratitude to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Foundation CajaMurcia who helped organize the concert, as well as El Corte Inglés, Fernando florist, lighting and Alquibla Ramírez.
And, of course, for the many people who have filled tonight Narciso Yepes room to attend the concert or who have worked with the "zero line."
Finally, the Mayor pointed out that all funds raised by the various channels will be channeled through Caritas, which shall adequately provide the Murcia solidarity with Haiti and Chile.
