Following tradition, the heads of the departments of Festivals and Infrastructure, Rafael Gomez and Jose Arce, respectively, accompanied by municipal technicians from different services, as well as members of the Supreme council of Murcia guilds have made the traditional procession through the streets city for which the various processions of Holy Week brotherhoods Murcia.
The aim of the tour, which started this morning at 10:30 hours, is to review and report on the obstacles that could prevent Murcia processions parade and would be removed.
One of the first visits was made this morning was the Bishop's Palace, as most of the pocesiones parade by himself, as tradition dictates, each time there is a new bishop.
In addition to that carried out the removal of pins, containers, lighting lamps and various shops, will be pruned trees of the Square of Spain, the Plaza de Santo Domingo, will rise some power lines in certain places and streets ; well also throw sand in the curbs in those narrow streets.
