The collaboration between the Department of Culture and the company DKV has allowed the organization of the graphical display, shown in Space Molinos del Rio Stables until 8 May.
It takes over twenty drawings from artists Nico Munuera and Jorge Murcia End, as well as Antonio Alcaraz, Ximo Amigo, Aurelio Ayela, Toño Barreiro, Sergio Barrera, Ernesto Casero, Carlos Domingo, Juan Cuellar, Chema Lopez, Moses Mahiques Joël Mestre, Regina de Miguel, Roberto Molla, Juan Olivares, Maria Ortega, Ramon Roig, Javier Nieves Torralba and Velasco, all with an important trajectory in the current landscape of Spanish art.
Grà fic attempts to define the drawing in its broadest sense and raises the contradictions and changes of use within the theory of art and its practices, a short analysis of the complexity of the rendering process.
The drawing is always set "as the setting of a concrete gesture of a structure, so it ties in perfectly with the expression and construction related to knowledge, the description of the ideas, things and phenomena of interpretation based on the explanation its meaning through its settings, "according to exhibition curator Alicia Ventura.
This interdisciplinary character and sense of knot between objective and subjective phenomena are what determine the value suggestive of the drawing, a difficult balance between diverse phenomena (representation, ideas, concepts, description, abstract, sketch, test, signs, etc. .)
And this is precisely what is in this sample.
Relate to all artists in this exhibition with attachment or contradiction to what, over the history of art, has been defined as a drawing.
This show claims the role of drawing as a means instrumental in shaping the structure so as to define a shape, and the value to be assumed that image.
