Fifty-five people made unemployed occupational training courses to improve their qualifications and have the opportunity to access employment.
The Department of Youth and Employment, headed María Dolores Sánchez, initiates a series of free courses for unemployed 16 to 65 years.
Students will receive appropriate training to labor market conditions in order
to find a job.
At the same time, we offer education to people with special learning needs or difficulty in finding and professional qualifications.
These workshops are held at the Centre for Training and Employment Initiatives of El Palmar.
The courses have been initiated are largely technical in eco-agriculture (15 persons), building electrician (15 people), underwriter of prefabricated lightweight (10 students) and plater car painter (15 students).
The courses last between 250 and 750 hours and feature placements.
These courses are subsidized by the Employment and Training Service (SEF), which is the pre-selected body of people who perform them.
The profile of students is different depending on the course you choose.
The ages range between 16 and 65 and must be unemployed.
In some cases must have title of ESO, the Education Certificate or FPI.
The Employment Service of the City perform general tests to applicants.

Additional training to find employment
Also, ten students at risk of social exclusion that have completed the course setter light prefabricated, are participating in a workshop on career guidance for job training courses, lasting 60 hours.
This workshop helps students define their career goals to guide and give students tools and techniques to facilitate job search.
The workshop is taught to make a Curriculum Vitae, cover letters, job interviews, etc.
Students who are in this workshop have done internships in municipal facilities.
