The International Festival of Youth Orchestras is celebrating the new editions of two classic events: The International Violin Competition XX and XVIII Cello "Murcia 2010, to meet again with the orchestra musicians participating in the traditional event Specialists in these instruments.
Among the winners in both contests brings together top musicians worldwide.
Distinguished in the violin competition is told Miguel Angel Pérez-Espejo considered one of the best most talented Spanish violinist or cellist today Miguel Angel Clare, who died prematurely, that he achieved in 1997.
One of the concert halls of the Auditorium of Murcia is named in honor of this musician.
Clark was a professor at the Yehudi Menuhin Academy in the Swiss resort of Gstaad.
The maximum age at which participants may be submitted is 25 years (born after March 22, 1984).
The contest will be held on Friday, March 26, in one hearing each one, in which candidates must perform one of the works required and the other as each one.
The award provided for the winner of each competition is 1500 euros and a diploma.
