More than two thousand runners will vie for the XXXI edition of the Middle Murcia City Marathon to be held on 14 March.
This time the race is loaded with new features.
On the one hand, the circuit is totally urban, through the main streets of downtown.
In addition, runners can choose to participate in the Half Marathon (21,097 meters) by the whole circuit twice, or go just one lap of the circuit (10.3 km).
The race is organized by the Athletic Club Murcia, with the collaboration of the Department of Sports City of Murcia and Eroski.
More than two thousand runners have already registered on the test, surpassing the number of participants last year.
The Councillor for Sports, Miguel Cascales, stressed that this is one of the biggest races of the sports base, as it is popular and crowded.
The start and finish will be located on Avenida Pio Baroja.
Participants can collect their accreditation and chip in Hall Infante.
The riders will leave from the Avenida Pío Baroja at 10.00.
