Murcia City Council continues to offer more and better services to citizens.
This time we have paid special attention to facilitate, through a more agile and quick, fulfilling their tax and cadastral related to real property from which they are entitled.
Thus, the City of Murcia will sign a cooperation agreement with the illustrious school of Murcia attorney to join efforts and coordinate measures to ease citizens fulfilling their duties, by making use of new technologies.
The agreement will allow from the same notary, the client can get the self-assessment Tax Increase in Value of Urban Land, the payment thereof, by obtaining the letter of payment, and payment thereof, by integrated on-line payment consisting of the use of online payments service operated from the platform developed by Red.es.
The quickness of the procedure also comes to the possibility of providing information to interested and able to pay, by any means of payment, the outstanding debt for the IBI.
In addition to paying bills, the customer-from the same notary, may carry out their inclusion in the register of IBI.
It should be noted that the City of Murcia, through Tribugest company, has been working several months with ANCERT, the computing platform of the school attorney for Spain to carry out the implementation of that program, and the municipality of Murcia will be the first Region to expedite the proceedings in this matter.
The agreement, which has received approval from the Board of Governors this morning, is part of the framework agreement signed in October 2009 between the Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and the General Council of Notaries (CGN) with terms aim to improve the management of the Property Tax (IBI) and the tax on the increased value of Urban Land (IIVTNU).
