The Counseling and Guidance Services Staff at the University of Murcia (CCES) has organized several courses to control anxiety, increase academic achievement and improve social skills.
One of these courses, lasting nine hours, will provide skills and techniques to improve memory and facilitate the use of new methods of study.
By offering the course of control of anxiety, participants will be trained in progressive muscle relaxation and breathing techniques, among other content.
Finally, the social skills course will focus on strategies to improve interpersonal relationships and techniques for public speaking.
