Two students on the course restaurant waiter in occupational training program of the City of Murcia involved Barista Competition Forum 2010 Region of Murcia.

The two students have to prepare everything needed for bar service in 15 minutes, take another 15 minutes to prepare 4 espressos, 4 cappuccinos and 4 home-made specialty coffee while explaining to the jury the characteristics of coffee, methods collection, variety, sensory quality and protocol to follow in preparing their coffee.

Will then have another 15 minutes to clean and collect all used.

Also, 14 students attending participating restaurant waiter on March 5 in a day in Cartagena Hotel School in order to learn how to prepare and serve beverages, snacks, beer and spirits and liqueurs identifying the process of developing them.

This activity is part of the training program to follow these students for this course of occupational training offered free of charge the Department of Youth and Employment for the unemployed.
