The Planning Department has given final approval to a partial plan that will provide Cabezo de Torres of the greenest and most VPO.
This is a neighborhood that is built around the knot of the A-7 Head of Torres and order a room than 711,000 square meters.
This new residence will get 613,000 meters square of land in North Park's future will become the largest green space in Murcia.
The Partial Plan will include 80,000 square meters of facilities and 82,000 square meters of green areas and 235,000 meters square new public road.
The houses are mainly detached single-family, townhouses and apartment buildings.
It will also allow the construction of a large volume of OPV.
The buildings that currently exist north of the A-7 are integrated into the partial plan, and estimated the majority of the allegations.
The Town Planning Councillor, Fernando Berberena, explained that this is a step closer to plan and manage the space north of the city.
The mayor noted that plans for the future, working in planning and management at the time that citizens and social housing demand is the floor tidy and not raise prices because there is shortage of land.
This partial plan is carried to the next full approval.
