Support Guilds Higher council for the celebration of Holy Week (17/02/2010)

Murcia City Council maintains its unconditional support to the Superior City Council of Guilds, in order to Murcia enjoy your Easter.

The Governing Board has given approval to award a grant to the City Council in the amount of 115,600 euros.

In this way, the City continues to provide support in maintaining the traditions and customs of the municipality.

Remember that the middle of last year, the Board of Governors joined the request for the Easter Murcia is declared of International Tourist Interest and that in 2008 the House proposal of the Mayor, unanimously approved the start of procedures necessary for obtaining the status of World Heritage for the Easter holiday in the city of Murcia.
