The Councillor for Planning and Urban Design, Fernando Berberena, and the Dean of the College of Telecommunications Engineers of the Region of Murcia (COITeRM), Juan Luis Pedroza Molina, have signed an agreement with mobile operators France Telecom Spain , Telefonica, Vodafone and Xfera, in order to exercise more control over phone masts.
