Tomorrow begins the cycle of Young Soloists of the Auditorium of La Alberca starring Miguel Angel Rodriguez, principal viola.
He will be accompanied on the piano Cristina Esclapez, technique and exquisite pianist with extensive experience as a soloist and accompanist.
The two musicians will perform works of Maria Isabel Torres (sonata for viola and piano, world premiere), Beethoven, Brahms and Piazzolla.
Miguel Angel Rodriguez was born in Murcia in 1989.
Despite his youth has an extensive curriculum.
Currently studying at the Higher School of Music of the Basque Country 'Musikene'.
This cycle of young soloists will be held until 24th April.
The Department of Festivals and Popular Culture, directed by Rafael Gomez, aims to provide young musicians the ideal venue to showcase their skills and the ability to perform new compositions that have never played on stage.
The performers are young people who are starting their career and have a promising future.
Access to the concerts is free.
For the first two concerts will be free access to full capacity.
At the concerts to be held from February 20 (inclusive) will be by invitation, which can be reserved by telephone at 968840640, Thursday and Friday, from 10.30 to 13.30.
The invitation was withdrawn at the Auditorium box office of La Alberca, half an hour before the concert.
Four invitations will be reserved per person.
