The Socialist Party claims that the library Santiago El Mayor takes more than a year and a half closed despite being completed (04/02/2010)

Councilman Jose Zapata socialist municipal PP requires the immediate opening of the Library of Santiago El Mayor who has spent more than a year locked in tight despite being completed.
