The Municipal People's Party, through the Councillor for Culture and European Programmes, Fatima Barnuevo, has filed a motion asking the House Regular competent management a detailed report on the current status of the Wheel of Ñora order to be able to comply existing legislation on protection of cultural heritage.
Barnuevo stressed that the government team has shown the Popular Party since 1995, its total and absolute commitment to the artistic heritage of the city of Murcia, through the promotion of many reclamation projects and value, both movable heritage as the building.
"The recovery of the Wall of Santa Eulalia, the Iberian Sanctuary of Light or program the Murcia` was', led by the Mayor of Murcia, are a clear example of that commitment. "
Fátima Barnuevo also stressed that the Wheel of Ñora not only from the formal point of view, a Cultural Property, but is one of the most characteristic of the municipality of Murcia, which is why the House Corporation has agreed to undertake the application of this technical report in order to give continuity to the contacts already established in order to their restoration and preservation.
