The councilman of Culture and European Programmes, Fatima Barnuevo, presented to the plenary of the Corporation a motion that reflects the popular local group's interest to continue fulfilling scrupulously implementing legislation and the archaeological site of the Garden of San Esteban Murcia.
Barnuevo Fatima said that thanks to the initiative of the Governing Body of the People's Party has been possible to find an archaeological site in the center of the city of Murcia, specifically in the Garden of San Esteban, which has enriched the cultural heritage Murcia and also help to revitalize the downtown.
The proposal submitted and approved by the plenary of the Corporation of the City of Murcia also gathered support from local government to enrich the few experts to find treatment and museological project and value of the deposit.
