The Department of Youth held for 15 years the European exchange project for young people from 13 to 25 years, with the aim of young people to learn another culture and language practice.
When the exchanges are completed, the young participants continue to practice those languages with participants from other countries, especially through mobile messages, internet and social networks.
Through exchanges of young people realize the importance of speaking other languages, the need to speak well, and that the key to success is the real ability to communicate.
In assessments undertaken by young people made after the exchange, there is a widespread demand to support them when it comes to getting a good ability to communicate in other languages.
For this reason Languages Club was born.
