The Government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, reported that at its last meeting, the Council of Ministers agreed to establish the official status of 331 masters degrees in different specialties and offered by various universities.
González Tovar added that ten of these titles correspond to the University of Murcia.
Two of them are of Sciences, an MA in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology and the Protection and Sustainable Use of Soil in Mediterranean environments, both taught at the Faculty of Biology.
Four other titles belonging to the Health Sciences are:
Neurological Physiotherapy in Addressing the Child and Adult (Medical School).
Intervention and Research in Physical Exercise, Health Unit (Faculty of Medicine).
Health Care Women (University School of Nursing).
Technology and Research in Biomedical Sciences (Medical School).
Finally, the government delegate said that the other four official titles which has been established by the Council of Ministers are as follows, in Law and Social Sciences:
Business Sciences (Faculty of Economics and Business).
Management and Human Resources Management (Faculty of Science of Labour).
Finance (Faculty of Economics and Business).
Gender and Equality (Vice President for Research).
With master's degrees approved by the Council of Ministers on January 22, the supply of such studies at the University of Murcia in 2009-2010 this amounted to a total of 73 titles, organized in the following locations:
