Auditor receives congratulations by his Charter Services
The Information Office of the City of Murcia, of the Department of Quality and Modernization of the Administration, directed by Rafael Gómez, happened to notice the audit by AENOR about their services.
During the month of December Aenor an auditor visited the Citizen Information Office of the City Council to determine and verify if they are meeting the commitments embodied in the Charter of Services, a manual with the services, hospitality, schedules, good practices Office and operating.
Likewise, the Office received the visit of a 'mysterious user' to check anonymously if you were fulfilling the commitments of quality.
Following the audit, a technician Aenor produced a report certifying that the Citizen Information Office fulfills the commitments offered in its Service Charter.
Furthermore, the same auditor Aenor sent a congratulatory letter to the Council as "the Charter model developed is fairly good at both design and content."
