San Antonio Catholic University (UCAM) joined this morning to the Universal Church through the Eucharist that has been offered for the unity of Christians in the Holy Chapel of the Monastery.

The Eucharist was presided by Father Hector Vall, president emeritus of the Pontifical Oriental Institute in Rome, the chaplain of the UCAM, and rector of University Extension, Antonio Alcaraz.

During the homily, Father Hector Vall, Professor of Ecumenical Theology at the Gregorian University in Rome, has stressed that "today to talk about ecumenism prevails as this year will be celebrated the centenary of the legitimacy of Catholic ecumenism."
