School of Nursing at the University of Murcia has paid tribute to the founder and president of the Spanish Association of Nursing Faculty, Maria Paz Mompart, during a ceremony held today at the Social Centre College.
Mompart has, among others, the National Nursing Award for his career and has been the director and initiator of the activities of the School of Nursing at the University of Castilla-La Mancha.
The tribute, which was chaired by the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Relations and Health Sciences, Manuel Vidal, and the director of the School of Murcia, Carmen Gomez, was held within the XVII Conference on Vocational Guidance for Third Year Students Nursing.
This meeting has had with individual panels on the current situation and future of the profession in the Region of Murcia and postgraduate training.
