Councillor UI + LV in the city of Murcia, Esther Herguedas, today denounced the existence of an illegal dump in some lots in the hamlet of La Alberca Murcia for green according to projections included in the General Urban Plan ( Plan).
Herguedas noted that the debris from ground movements made by the construction of a section of the South Coast affecting the area and that due to the lack of "neglect and Cleaning has become a place where junk and trash deposits.
"This is a real mountain of debris several feet high activity with an unfortunate and poses a risk to health and safety of persons, since the area is close to a municipal facility, the auditorium of the pool and garden surrounding it. "
Therefore, Herguedas will introduce the next Parliament a motion to request that the construction company "to be responsible for overall cleanliness of the site, removing debris and carrying the appropriate treatment depending on the type of waste."
In addition, the council will be asked to take the necessary steps to turn the area into a garden, as required by the provisions of the General Plan, "and thus avoid further deterioration."
