Following the meeting held on December 16 in Madrid by the Board of Directors of Union, Progress and Democracy (UPyD), it was agreed unanimously by the dissolution of the Local Electoral Murcia.
This decision is motivated by the need for a structural change to ensure the proper functioning of the Committee during the coming months.
Pending the election process for local agencies in the months of April and May, the Committee's management is taken over by the Territorial Coordinator of the Region of Murcia, which appoints a member of the same activity as manager Committee daily.
The goal of the game is to keep the body's activity, their public presence and active working groups.

From UPyD Murcia Region is to send a message of confidence that the decision of the Board of Directors will serve to increase the party's presence in the municipality and ensuring proper administration of the same in the city of Murcia.
