The people of El Palmar enjoy in short time a center for Reconciling Work and Family to be built on the Avenue de Burgos.

The Governing Board recently gave the green light to the project and specifications for the completion of that work center, for a total of 1,003,339.16 euros, with an execution period of 12 months.

This new infrastructure will occupy an area of 1,030 square meters for children to have all the necessary facilities.

Other 3,295 meters square is reserved for outdoor areas playful.

The Center for Reconciling Work and Family Life will house eight classrooms, a multipurpose room, four toilets for children, kitchen, laundry, toilets, family-friendly room and other facilities (warehouses, halls, counseling, care delivery , administration ...).

All rooms will be located in the same plant but with a separation between the classroom and other uses.

Inside the building is used coatings, as well as being washable, will be resistant to knocks and scratches and prevent accumulation of dust and dirt.

This type of center provides space and hospitality professionals to facilitate the incorporation of women into work, while children are unattended.

This project is in addition to those already made in recent years, a total of 19 centers of settlement, thus fulfilling one of its commitments to the residents of Murcia for providing care to children and the development of work and family life .
