The delegate of the Government is satisfied with the naming of José M Âª Falgas a garden of Murcia (22/12/2009)

The government delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, congratulated the family of José M Âª Falgas by assigning its name to a garden located on Calle San Antonio, the popular district of Santa Eulalia, the birthplace of the famous painter Murcia.

Considers this a successful show of appreciation to one of the artists whose professional success is so valued in his own country and beyond, and who knew extraordinary sensitivity represent countless corners Murcia.

He also expressed his satisfaction at the happy coincidence that the garden gets its name has been funded entirely with the Local Investment Fund of the Government of Spain.

However, it regrets that the City of Murcia has not been considered as invite the beloved act to the principal representative of the State in the Region of Murcia.
