Lieutenant General Civil Guard Pascual Navarro Solis, who he studied law at the University of Murcia, a doctorate, is one of the three contenders to lead the distinguished body, which is currently Deputy Director of Personnel.

Navarro Solis graduated in Law at the University of Murcia in the nineties, and in June 1997 with a PhD thesis which he obtained a cum laude.

Lieutenant General conducted this research on the judicial police in criminal proceedings, which was directed by Professor Fernando Jiménez Conde Litigation.

In those years, Solis Navarro was assigned to the headquarters of the Guardia Civil de Murcia.
