The Municipal Urbanizadora, Urbamusa provides for 2010 a budget of 23.6 million euros which will allow it to continue its business management and execution of works projects.

This development budget is subject to approval by the Board of Directors in January.

In 2009, the developer has managed 7 planning projects, 16 projects management of partial plans, 9 provisional acceptance of works, 2 final acceptance of works and has 16 development works in progress (North Ensanche, Casillas, Zarandona, Young Future , Coastal and bike paths), as discussed this morning at the Board of Directors.

He has also completed the gas pipes of the Coastal (North and South), stormwater interceptors of the Coastal sections of the work of the Coastal and managed paving of roadways and sidewalks in 29 districts.

Urbamusa, in 2009, has also carried out the reform project Auditorium Fofó Park and its surroundings, the completion of 23 homes in Bacons Bridge and has performed and contracted for the rehabilitation of facades and roofs of 80 homes in Santa Maria de Gracia , 101 and 160 homes in Vistabella in Los Almendros de La Alberca.

The rehabilitation of these homes is carried out with the financing of the Autonomous Region (50%), Hall (25%) and homeowners (25%).

The developer manages 31 municipal compensation boards and have held 4 meetings and 60 meetings of delegates.

Also, Urbamusa works in a cooperative of 55 houses in Zarandona.
