The Civic Platform calls on all citizens to a demonstration for next Saturday 19 December.

From this platform we nevertheless deny that this is true, the site is still in danger despite the surprising statement of the Presidency, Ministry of Culture and Municipality of Murcia, which show that since mid-November the decision to retain Arrabal the Arrixaca was taken and the parking discarded.
Given these statements we must point out the following facts:
1.
On November 19th over 30 people present to the Guardia Civil a complaint for spoliation (photos of the pallets of bricks).

On December 26 members of the Civic Platform came back to report another attempt to plunder, frustrating for the second time disassembly-destruction of the archaeological heritage of San Esteban.

On December 3 the Platform of a complaint by plundering and destruction of the site before the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Murcia.

On December 9, despite the strong statements made during the bridge D.

Members of the Platform launched a new complaint with the Civil Guard and to prosecution.
These facts led to the intervention of SEPRONA (Department of Nature Protection of the Civil Guard), and finally a cessation Cautionary warrant removal works.

So this platform calls for a demonstration on Saturday 19 December, to demand urgent action to truly protect the site.
If the President Valcárcel wants us to believe their citizens conservation and museological will be taken the following measures:

2. BIC Statement: We continue collecting signatures and calls for demonstrations, and now more than ever demand that the site is declared of cultural interest, so it is really protected from spoliation, and as a first step to conservation and value.

4. Purification of responsibilities: The Civic Platform will monitor the legal process, and people in the same, in order to identify responsibilities for the three illegitimate attempts to plunder this platform has avoided his presence, pressure and complaints.
