IU + LV de Murcia criticizes the lack of a budget estimate for the reorganization of traffic (14/12/2009)

Councillor of the United Left + The Greens in the city of Murcia, Esther Herguedas, today criticized the budget for the Department of Safety and Circulation 2010 does not include a provision for the reorganization of traffic in the urban area of the town.
