The Planning Department has taken a step closer to the burial of power lines in El Palmar and Los Rectors (Espinardo).
The Planning Advisory Board approved the submission to public information in the text of the convention to be held between the city of Murcia and Iberdrola for the improvement of electricity distribution network in the municipality.
This agreement provides for the undergrounding of high voltage line Rectors, whose civil works have been executed by the City.
Also, include the burial of fifteen lines of medium and low pressure south of Rectors and compaction of the electrical substation Espinardo.
The agreement also provides for the burial of the power line that crosses El Palmar, with a budget of 3 million euros.
It also will connect the substation to El Palmar Murcia Center and the de Espinardo, closing the circuit around the city that will ensure the supply.
The full City Council approve the submission to public information in the text of the agreement, which will be presented to interested persons to make submissions.
Once the deadline and determined the allegations were finally approve the text of the agreement.
