The research group on Food Biotechnology, University of Murcia has organized a seminar on technology for the beer to be held today, March 14, at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Campus Espinardo.
The seminar, which will begin at 12:00 pm will be taught by Professor Fulgencio Marín Iniesta and parallel to the theoretical presentations there will be a tasting of commercial beers and others that have been developed by students of Science and Technology Food.
