The Department of Health, which runs Fulgencio Cervantes launches 3 new routes the program '4 / 40 Walking in the company 4 days a week for 40 minutes', with the aim of those concerned to join groups to improve health, the promotion of physical activity is beneficial and economical as walking out on a regular basis.
The routes have been launched are:
Paseo del Malecon, Monday through Thursday, at 18 hours.
The meeting point is the entrance to the Malecon
Vistabella, Monday through Thursday, at 20 hours.
The meeting point is in the Garden of the Ducks.
Bacons Bridge, Monday through Thursday, at 20 hours.
The starting point is the Health Center.
These tours are guided by an instructor specially trained for this activity.
4 / 40 is framed in the Programme for the Promotion of Health Department of Health with the aim of encouraging residents to walk four times a week 40 minutes each day to improve your health, reduce heart disease, reduce hypertension, cholesterol, obesity, overweight, increase flexibility and improve bone-related diseases and diabetes.
