The Socialist Group has presented its proposals for Planning and Housing for 2010, based on planning with regard to the improvisation of the municipal government, environmental sustainability against the urban predator, the regional balance against the centralism of House, and participation and transparency towards authoritarianism and opacity of the PP

A new model
