The Planning Advisory Board has finally approved a partial plan residential in Los Martínez del Puerto that will improve the facilities of the parish, and adjoins the city's urban core.
The new development will cover an area of 70,000 square meters and will involve the possibility of building 158 homes, of which 15 are subsidized housing, thereby facilitating access to housing for young people in the municipality.
The Partial Plan allocated 12,000 square meters of public facilities and over 10,000 square meters of green areas, building a large garden the size of Floridablanca.
