The University of Murcia and Real Murcia Club de Fútbol today signed in the Rectory a collaboration agreement whereby the educational institution will bring to this entity technologies applied to sport management, marketing and media.
Technology Area of the University may carry out consultancy and advice for training office staff and programming Real Murcia in sports management.
In addition, the agreement includes a line of collaboration with the Scientific Support Unit of the Faculty of Sports Science and researchers and specialists at the center in areas of Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy.
Real Murcia, for its part, will provide resources and technical and administrative staff to cooperate with different academic purposes.
The agreement was signed by the rector of the University, José Antonio Cobacho, and the president of Real Murcia, José Angel Serafin, who were accompanied by the Vice Chancellor for Economic and Infrastructure, Antonio Calvo-Flores, director of the Technology Area Applied Information and Communications (ATIC), Tomás Jiménez, and the club's CEO, James River.
Both Cobacho as Serafin, expressed their satisfaction with this future cooperation and expressed the hope that the team lift the delicate situation in the league table, which occupies relegation
