The University of Murcia has opened the course "Health in full sail," which aims to raise awareness about the importance of sport and healthy lifestyles to achieve physical and mental.
The course, which runs until February, will address the causes and consequences of certain health problems that are occurring today and will train the university community about healthy behavior models with inputs from disciplines such as Sports Science, Psychology and Nutrition.
At the opening session, held in the building, "Luis Vives", on the campus of Espinardo, was running the course through the virtual platform of the University, allowing access to its contents easily and comfortably while it provides students a stronger voice in their learning.
This activity is jointly organized by the Counseling and Guidance Services Staff (CCES) and Sport Activities (SAD), which coordinate Eva Herrera teachers and Isidro Verdú.
At the opening ceremony was also attended by Vice President for Student and Employment, Maribel Sanchez-Mora, and the general director of Citizen Services, Drug Addiction and Consumption in the Region of Murcia, Juan Manuel Ruiz.
