Professor of Psychology at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid María Dolores Avia held tomorrow, day 14, a lecture at the School of Psychology at the University of Murcia, which will discuss how to be optimistic about the adverse events of the day day.
The Avia teacher conference, "Optimism and welfare within the framework of psychology, is part of complementary educational activities along the course organized by the School of Psychological Practice, led by professor Conrad Navalón.
