Professor of Physiology and director of the Chronobiology Laboratory at the University of Murcia, Juan Antonio Madrid, will offer today, March 30, a conference that will focus on "The biological clock of aging."
The talk will be held at 18:00 pm in the auditorium of the University of the Merced campus, and is the result of the agreement between the Senior Classroom of this educational institution and the Fundación "la Caixa" to encourage the participation of older people in activities organized by both entities.
Juan Antonio Madrid will present his lecture on the importance of maintaining a biological rhythm and follow a specific schedule of sleep to improve the quality of life.
In this activity, will attend, by the University of Murcia, the rector of University Extension, Francisco Guillermo Diaz, the director of Senior Hall, Manuel Hernández, and by "la Caixa", José Antonio Toribio Meseguer and Lourdes responsible for the financial institution in Murcia.
