The editor of the University of Murcia (EDITUM) joined with the Seneca Foundation and the Theological Institute of Murcia for the publication of the book "Library Catalog Belluga Roman Cardinal, which was brought into the activities of the Regional Book Fair.
The authors, Juan Bautista Vilar, Victor Sánchez Gil and Maria José Vilar, have studied the unpublished catalog prepared by the librarian of Cardinal, which describes the four thousand titles he had in his library in Rome.
The analysis of their reading helps to understand the thought and the significance of this important religious and statesman in the history of Murcia.
In addition, the Graduate Hall School of Law also hosted the presentation of "An unpublished description of Morocco in the mid-nineteenth century."
In this work, a professor at the University of Murcia José María Vilar publishes a daily journey made by the Spanish Minister at Tangier Francisco Merry, who, commissioned to agree on terms of peace and friendship treaty in 1860, toured Morocco giving a Insight Into the culture and customs of the African country.
The book has been published jointly by EDITUM with the Autonomous City of Ceuta, and the collaboration of the Cajamurcia.
