The afternoon schedule is intended for general public
Los alumnos de 1º y 2º de ESO del municipio de Murcia van a participar en un programa creado por el RACE y Renault en colaboración con el Ayuntamiento de Murcia, a través de la Concejalía de Educación y Personal, que dirige Pilar Megía, que lleva como título “Seguridad Vial y Medio Ambienteâ€.
Con este taller se va a trabajar sobre los efectos del cambio climático en el planeta y las nuevas tecnologías implantadas en el automóvil para reducir su impacto medioambiental.

The activities, which develop from yesterday until tomorrow, Thursday, taking place in the multimedia mobile classroom and a theme park set in the Chinese garden of Murcia, where the students go to work and meet a recycling workshop of vehicles, road safety and driving simulator efficient, emissions and energy savings ... to make them aware of the effects of climate change on our planet, known alternatives and new technologies to reduce environmental emissions and create a more sustainable mobility culture and safe.
With this initiative establishes a commitment to join efforts and promote, through education and road safety, environmental responsibility and sustainability.

The effects of pollution may increase global temperature 2 to 3 degrees over the next 50 years, which would bring serious consequences: rising sea levels, melting, desertification, etc.
In the afternoon
The facilities will be used to inform and educate on road safety and environmental education in two key areas of action:
Environment: Informing drivers driving the benefits of economic, ecological and safe, which will result in a reduction of the impact of CO2 into the atmosphere and improving road safety, as well as developments in biofuels and engines.
Road safety: Report to all participants, especially parents, about the importance of CRS (Child Restraint Systems), measures of protection in the automobile and road safety regulatory aspects.
Interesting facts:
The automotive sector emits about 13% of CO2, compared to electric sector by 70% contaminated.
An FAO report reveals that agriculture produces more greenhouse gases than the automobile industry.
The goal set by the Kyoto Protocol was to reduce emission levels of greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions by 15% in 2012 compared to 1990 levels.
The current situation is that not only have not declined in the period 1990-2005, but increased levels in more than 50%.
