The Deputy Mayor for Social Welfare Policy and Equality, María del Carmen Pelegrin, has participated this morning in the First Day "Women's Intercultural", a journey that has had the backbone to make a small tour of the current social situation immigrant women.
Pelegrin, who thanked the Foundation for Educational Development Assistance (FADE) the initiative of these days, has highlighted the important role they play today are women, while also stated that it is a joint effort in which all "have to contribute to immigrant women who engage further in the different areas of society."
The conference, which runs throughout the day at the headquarters of FADE is also serving as a meeting and coexistence between different groups and women that operate in different social environments.
