This program is part of the 'Labor Solidarity' by the Department of Youth and Employment, headed María Dolores Sánchez, and is to provide theoretical and practical training to 90 unemployed to facilitate their integration into the world of work.
Thirteen students have started their practices in residential and nursing homes in the municipality.
The duration of the internship is two months (200 hours).

Ninety people will be trained with this program that offers six different courses for 15 students each.
The first three courses began in June and are currently in practice and the following have been initiated between September and October.

This project was developed between 2009 and 2010 and has a budget of 455,113 euros, of which 80% is borne by the European Social Fund and 20% the city of Murcia.
Since March, the City has received over 550 applications to participate in this project.
The technical staff of the Guidance Department of the Department of Employment has conducted interviews with 411 candidates and selected 90 people who have begun to form in any of the courses offered by this project.
All respondents were unemployed.
73% were women, most (54%) between 25 and 54.
84% of candidates had been unemployed less than a year, 6% between one and two years, 10% were long-term unemployed and 1% had never worked.
Nearly a third of the applicants for these training courses was an immigrant.
With regard to studies, 46% had compulsory education, compulsory education to 26% higher, 5% college and 16% had no education.
